Responsibilities

As a Senior Network Support Analyst your duties will consist of a broad spectrum of projects ranging from the development and maintenance of  corporate and administration of internal systems to running load tests for our load testing customers. In addition, as a Senior Network Support Analyst you will help to plan and champion new internal operations and data analysis solution(s) to allow the team to be more efficient in their day to day tasks. This is a very dynamic position and you will be exposed to all aspects of our services business including web applications, system administration, support, network operations, professional services.

  • Performing Load Tests - Which includes developing test plans, perform test execution, project management, providing advanced recommendations to customers as well as written analysis of results.
  • Working with Clients via e-mail and over the phone to identify a broad range of performance and application issues.
  • Advanced network troubleshooting, including DNS queries, Unix and Windows System Administration.
  • Helping to deploy, maintain and troubleshoot a world wide network of servers.
  • Project Management - Helping to identify, plan and champion new internal operations and data analysis solution(s) to allow the team to be more efficient in their day to day tasks.


Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to react quickly to customer problems, work proactively with other departments, and possess a methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Unix and Windows server administration skills
  • Knowledge of Internet protocols
  • Network administration skills
  • College degree or technical certification(s) in computer hardware or software
  • Expertise with MS Office suite
  • Advanced experience in HTML, Windows NT, UNIX/LINUX, DNS/DHCP
  • Intermediate experience with JavaScript, Perl, Networking
  • Basic CGI experience
